"We are coming back for a fifth time! Even though we were not aware of the renovations that are happening in the property, the staff made the whole difference as always. They were kind, attentive and willing to help. Specially Aranza, Antonio, Jonairy and Moreta to name a few provided a Great Service! Thank you all so much! I would recommend to improve the communication with the guests in terms of specialty restaurants availability for this season. Great job to the housekeeping team for keeping our room nice and clean. "
