"The hotel needs to improve the air‑conditioning system and address the humidity odor. We stayed for 5 nights and booked nine rooms at the Lopesan Caoba Lagoon, and all of us had the same complaint regarding the air conditioning. My room, 4190, had a strong humidity smell. They offered to change my room, but the alternative room smelled even worse. I believe the odor is caused by the air conditioner not functioning properly. Aside from that issue, everything else was wonderful. The staff is amazing and made our stay truly special, especially Chocolate and his team at the buffet and restaurants. I highly recommend dining at Khalo, Brassa Nova, and Lima — the food was outstanding. The pools are incredibly beautiful, and there is plenty to do. The bartenders were very friendly, especially Caesar."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the best time at Breathless Punta Cana for my birthday! From the moment we arrived, the resort was beautiful, clean, and had such a fun atmosphere. There was always something to do, whether we were at the pool, grabbing drinks, or trying different restaurants. The food exceeded my expectations—Sofrito was one of our favorites. The drinks were amazing, and the bartenders kept the energy up all day and night. Our room was comfortable, housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean, and the staff made the experience even better with their friendliness and positive attitude. If you’re looking for an adults-only resort with great vibes, good food, strong drinks, and a fun nightlife, I definitely recommend Breathless Punta Cana. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday, and I’d absolutely come back!"

"I had an amazing stay at Excellence Punta Cana! Everything was wonderful from the beautiful resort and excellent service to the food, which was honestly one of my favorite parts. There was a great variety of restaurants and everything I tried was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Excellence Punta Cana and would love to come back!"
