"Overall, I’d rate my stay an 8/10.
The food was genuinely good. I didn’t get a chance to try the Asian restaurants, but I did visit the Italian and steakhouse restaurants, both were enjoyable and worth it.
There were a few downsides. On the first night, our shower flooded. We had to call twice, but it was eventually resolved. A small portion of the staff (around 5%) did not seem equally welcoming to all guests, which was disappointing to experience. That said, the vast majority (about 95%) of the staff were warm and friendly, especially the buffet team, who stood out.
Another issue was the sewage smell that occasionally came from the bathrooms in different areas of the property, including our room. Also, on two consecutive nights, housekeeping placed clean sheets that had visible stains. After reporting it, the issue was fixed right away.
On the positive side, the spa was excellent. I booked the anti stress package and really enjoyed it, my only complaint is that the halotherapy session felt too short. The resort itself was very clean, the pools were great, and the beach was beautiful. On our last day, the beach server was especially attentive and made us feel very welcome. The nighttime entertainment on both the family and adult sides was also enjoyable.
Overall, no place is perfect, but this was a solid stay. I do think there is room for improvement in ensuring all staff treat guests with the same level of fairness and respect."
