"The property was very beautiful and very scenic. My only criticism is the mildew smells in the rooms and the dampness which caused the sheets to feel wet. Also, the female worker Anasoto was extremely rude to guests as the Mexican restaurant. Everyone else was nice. Way too many kids at the Sport Bar. The pools, activities and outdoor entertainment was nice."

"Love the staff!!!! They really make you feel welcome and want you to enjoy yourself. Our butler Jorge was there for us whenever we needed him. The bar staff at the pool was very entertaining and on point!! This place is a huge value for the money. It was our second visit and will be going again."
