"Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good air conditioning as it was extremely hot when we were there. Nice bar and the free drinks as an option instead of room cleaning. We were in the ground floor and my personal preference would to be on a higher floor."

"Location is excellent, with the train stations, restaurants, shops, and the Grand Place all within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room and all the common areas were very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we visited during two exceptionally hot days. The room had a small fan, which was better than nothing, but because of the heat we had to keep the window open. Our room was on the first floor facing the street. Although vehicle access is restricted, the noise from people passing by was quite noticeable. At 6:00 a.m., a driver crashed into a bollard, which woke us up, and from then on, rubbish collection and street cleaning added to the noise. I believe our experience would have been much more positive during cooler weather, when opening the window wouldn't have been necessary. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you're travelling with light luggage and visiting outside the hottest months. Considering the price we paid, I feel it offered good value for money."

"A little gem overlooking the The Grand Place, just a short walk from the train. The staff was lovely, welcoming and very helpful during our stay. The roof top bar was a great way to escape the busy day below and enjoy the view of Lille. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Definitely would go back and hope to soon!"

"We had stayed 3 nights at this hotel and had a very positive experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and there are so many nice restaurants nearby, and we just need a short walk to the most popular shopping areas as well. The room we booked is Superior Apartment, Ensuite. It’s spacious and just as described, perfect for family travellers."

"I really liked the hotel location and amenities. It was really confident for my short stay in Lille. The front desk staff was super kind and welcoming. My only complaint is with the cleaning service. Basic etiquette was not followed and I felt harassed by them with how insistent they were on making up the room, even in the day of my checkout. It’s unclear to me why they are not aware which rooms are checking out that day because they acted surprised when I said that. I was suffering from jet lag and had return d to my room to take a short nap before checkout time. I had placed the do not disturb sign, and kept they would not stop knocking. Luckily I learned from the day before and manually locked my door or I’m sure they would have entered again despite me saying I’m in the room. I’m very irritated because unless it’s an emergency, there is no a reason to bang a door down because the guest is not responding and it’s before checkout out time. I think it’s a fair assumption someone could be sleeping or occupied! Anyway you can bet they were back knocking at 11:59am for 12:00pm checkout 💀"
