"This is how we spent our first 15hrs at The Sea Ranch where they can care less about their customers! When we checked into our room the tv didn’t cut on. They send someone and he cuts the power on. We proceed to go to dinner and when we came back to the room the tv was completely froze and nothing worked. The person they sent to look at it said it was an internal issue and that they would have to move us to a different room all the way across to the other side and on the 4th floor at 11pm! ...

We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining options they recommended. We should have paid more attention to the detail that renters need to climb 3 sets of stairs.
