"Good location to all shops and restaurants in Williams. Breakfast was typical continental. Nothing special about the food. The heater is weird. A small space so got hot fast. Almost unbearable even at a low setting. Was cool or hot all night. "

"Room was clean but very small. Two outlets didn't work. The TV was positioned so that you had to look at it from an angle in bed. There were no night stands not even a shelf for your water. I called the front desk to let them know that I would be leaving around 11:20 instead of 11, check out time and I was told no problem. At 11:20 exactly the owner banged on the door telling me to "leave, check-out was at 11!" My ride showed up five minutes later."

"While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "

Multiple issues with the property condition and representation but mainly the room was mosquito infested, we had the doors and windows closed upon arrival and we were swarmed by over a dozen mosquitoes inside the room right away so I had to evacuate my family immediately. Went to the front desk and the staff’s only reply was its mosquito season with no offer to help. We live in Arizona and are prepared for mosquitos outside but Canyon...

"A 10 mile private dirt road will take you to a small collection of large and luxurious glamping tents. The privacy of the site and attentiveness of the staff will make you feel like you are a trillionaire on your private planet.
