"Few issues with the cabin on arrival, staff was great went out of their way to make it right! WiFi is suspect and little to no cell service but, your in the black hills….its not unexpected. Food options are minimal and expensive"

"The property was amazing! We had a balcony room on the second floor. The in room amenities were wonderful as well. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. I will be returning to Deadwood and will definitely book this hotel for my entire stay!"

"Found bugs immediately in bathroom, then crawling on the bed while I was in it. Bugs not found in Kansas where I'm from. Toilet not attached, mattress hard as rock. Entry cards stopped working after 5 days. Had to go to front desk to correct repeatedly. Back door slammed all the time and I was put 3 rooms away from it. $100 a night should get better results."

"Great beds, nice choice of pillows. Room was nicely cleaned. Area felt very safe and staff was helpful and friendly. Good availability of parking. Close to dining for lunch or dinner. Fair breakfast. Biscuits seem almost raw, but good gravy. Eggs were well cooked, not dry - just right. Nice selection of sides (yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, etc) Good coffee. Would stay here again. Reasonable rate."

"This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and it has always been a good experience. It's far enough away from main street that you don't hear much noise, but close enough to walk to main street."

"Excellent and helpful staff! The front desk clerk even helped me carry a suitcase up the stairs! Room was clean, airconditioning was great. Bed was comfy. And the pool was a great extra to cool off and stretch out after a long day of driving. Happy to have a quick breakfast in the morning, there were lots of choices. Would stay here again happily."
