When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite...

"Drury Inn was an amazing Hotel! Upon entering the lobby, it was clean and the staff was friendly. There were people in the lobby and in the dining area socializing. The room was awesome. It was clean and rather large with a king size bed and seperate room w a couch, ottoman and tv.
