I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the front desk manager was so kind to switch it and we got in very late, so I was very thankful that he did that because I have small children. "Staff was not very friendly, but perhaps this was due to the late hour of our arrival. The exterior of the model was not very clean, and there were a lot of crickets by the doors this time of year. This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay."

"Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay."
