Owner of This Room Needs a Business 101 Class

After confirming my reservation, the room owner called me and told me that the price I booked for was too low and to cancel the booking. After minutes of discussing how unprofessional she was, one of her friends brought me to a room that was not the one we booked. It was clearly used before we got there and was not cleaned. Really a savage business move and blatantly disrespectful. Not blaming this one on a different culture, I'm blaming it on incompetence.
