Kindly to understand that the cleanliness, hygiene, and professional service attitude in Nofolk Mansion are always highly appreciated by customers and are the top concern of Norfolk Mansion Management. We appreciate and seriously consider all customer comments as they will help us improve the quality of service. We wish you had brought up the cleanliness and insects at the apartment while you were staying with us so we could have made any corrections at the time. Regarding your comments on our laundry we noticed that you made a complaint that your clothes had a bad smell after you washed them in the washing machine in your apartment, we immediately checked your laundry. Although housekeeping staff just saw some lint in your clothes and smell was normal, we offered to change another washing machine for you, but you disagreed and asked us to wash this pile for you. We agreed to do. When the housekeeping staff received the laundry, you gave much more the garments you had initially complained of; over 50 items and said you was prepared to pay any laundry fee. We did and only calculated labour cost for the laundry fee of 150,000vnd (around 6.5USD). Less than USD 7 for 50 pieces would not be considered expensive in most countries. We have explained and handled all requests immediately to expect you feel most comfortable when staying with us at Norfolk Mansion.
