Friendly staff
Despite the grand-seeming photo, the hotel is small and cozy. The hotel was very clean, including the lobby and the room. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The level of English among the staff was better than average for Saigon, and better than I expected.

Jim and Kim at the Queen Ann Hotel Saigon.
Great location and wonderful staff. Smaller than anticipated but the staff made up for it.! The MZ Bar close by was a great place to have a drink and meal. Kim was terrific to us.

Fantastic service
The service was exceptional... staff went above and beyond to be helpful with taxis, reservations and directions. The free breakfast was fantastic with a lot of western and vietnamese options. There location was within walking distance to some fun areas for night life. They left me a fruit plate and birthday card on my birthday! The only complaints i have are that the shower was not consistently hot. And i was disappointed that my room did not have a window...this was not clear when i booked. The walls are a little thin...i could hear neighbor's text message ding through out the night.

The queen Ann transferred at the last minute to the ambassordor next door. The conditions there were shocking ! The mattresses had the springs coming through the top. And a friend had staff go through her suitcase while she was out, So overall very poor !!

Nice enough
Our room was nice, and was one of the larger rooms we experienced in Vietnam. The air conditioning was programmed to turn off in the middle of the night, so we woke up on a dead sweat and had to convince it to turn back on. The (large & lovely) shower was a bit treacherous with smooth tile on the floor - careful! The included breakfast was adequate, at best. There was light renovation work going on at the hotel and we were told more would happen in May... might want to check before booking.

Good hotel in convenient location to explore HCMC
The hotel is located in a good area to explore HCMC the hotel is located on a busy street and can be a bit noisy if the room face the street.

Nice hotel within walking distance to attractions
This hotel is very nice and warm and have good friendly staff service. There are a few amenities around the hotel area too. It is within walking distance to some of the attractions if you prefer to walk around the city itself. Also, the hotel rate is also reasonably priced for that comfy room which I had stayed. Overall it is given a 3.5 out of 5 points.

最高においしいバインミーの店の近くのホテル
部屋は、ブィティスワンSt.に面した2階のため早朝からちょっとにぎやかだった。窓もありバスタブもあり、この値段ではまずまずです。朝食がちょっと問題かな❔時間が過ぎてしまうと食べ残しのようなものしかないバイキングスタイル。ぜひ、オムレツや目玉焼きを注文してください作ってくれますょ。パンもジャムもドリンクもありますから何とか腹は満たせます。どうしてもだめな人は、この通りをちょっと歩けば行列のできる最高においしいバインミーのお店があります。是非チャレンジしてください。最近値上がりしたみたいですが…。

Always service with a smile
A reasonably good and safe hotel in district 1 that provide good services....bell boys, receptionists, room services, breadfast, security. Rooms are clean and air conditions are moderately cool. However, its lift is rather slow and need to be upgraded. Hotel now has a meeting room (formerly a restaurant) and its restaurant is now located at basement (formerly a massage centre).

I stayed here as part of a group tour. The hotel is well located, the staff are very helpful and the rooms are comfortable / clean. It provides excellent value for money. Street noise is an issue as the room windows do not provide sound insulation.

It started with a horrible check-in experience when the rude Front Desk attendant informed me I had no reservation. After calling reservations & checking the system (yes, she did not check at the 1st instance), she found the booking and still asked me for a voucher. She later checked my passport and insisted to "safe keep" it which I refused. I reached my room and it was hot. AC was not turned on, the floor had a squeeking sound & the exhaust in the toilet was noisy. Breakfast the next day was another story. Food was cold, warmers were not refilled, clumps of brown sugar was in the white & tge cheese was unsanitariry place on ice. At 11am, Front Desk calls, reminding me to check out at 12nn. When I left my room, the doors of the other rooms were left wide open, as the Housekeepers were chatting from across the rooms while cleaning. It took awhile before I could go down because all their rubbish were in the guest lift.

I booked and paid for a deluxe room with 2 single beds (rate is higher than deluxe room with queen size bed) and it shows clearly on the Expedia booking. But when I checked in, they tried to give me the room with 1 queen size bed. Only after I protested, then they give me the room with 2 single beds. Just do not like the experience.

First days in Vietnam
Wir waren mehr als drei Wochen in Vietnam unterwegs und haben hier unsere ersten Nächte verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber, leider nicht alle mit Fenster.

직원들 서비스가 매우 좋습니다.
직원들 서비스가 매우 친절하고 좋았습니다. 아침마다 택시 타는 거 도와주고, 짐 잃어버리지 말라고 주의주고 손님들에게 관심 가져준다는 느낌 받았습니다. 룸 상태나 청결도도 가격대 비하면 엄청 좋은 편이고요. 다만 조식 먹는 식당이 매우 작았습니다. 원래 식당은 공사중이더라고요. 벤탄시장, 데탐거리와는 꽤 가까운 편입니다.

Hotel was in a good location, very quiet at night. It was a large room with nice facilities. Room had lots of cable tv channels and free movies. Breakfast had limited western food selections and often orange juice machine was empty. Car to pick up from airport was 25US or 15US to go to airport which was a little expensive, as it was only about 8km from airport. But these are my only things I can fault. Would stay or recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel, service was just ok
The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The bed is comfortable and bathroom big. The shower was strong as well with great amenities available. My main problem was that I paid a lot of money for the airport transfer as I got in very late at night and was traveling alone, but when I arrived the driver wasn't there. I waited for more than 30 minutes for him and when I contacted the hotel they acted like it was my fault. They said the driver was there and he waited a long time for me. However, that wasn't true as my flight had just gotten in and I went straight to the meeting spot. It turns out, the driver didn't even check my flight and went to the international terminal, but my flight came in at the domestic terminal. It made me feel very uncomfortable that they seemed to blame me for their own mistakes. Later, they offered to give me airport transfer when I left to go home for a lower price, but when I finally agreed to do it they told me it was booked and I'd have to pay extra to hire an outside driver at that point. I was not pleased and just opted for the taxi. I recommend to just get a taxi to/from the airport and not deal with their transfer. It was way more expensive than other locations and the service was not nearly as good as other places I've stayed of similar quality in Vietnam.
