"The hotel is okay. The staff were friendly and courteous. Five minutes from the airport, the shuttle only runs 9-5 M-F, so that was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast was GREAT. The floors were shiny and clean. They need a plant person on staff as their plants and plant spaces were lacking and thirsty. The bed was very comfortable. The room amenities were nice. They were having issues with the roof as it was raining and leaks were being managed. The architecture was lovely!!! The hotel structure and set-up were inviting and visually delightful."

"Yes, the room was clean staff very nice. The only bad thing we got in at 3 AM and our key card scanner was out of batteries. Had to have a staff member come in to let us in. Was fixed first thing in the morning. Was very grateful! "

"Need to di diem shifts as a nurse and spend ref night here was needed instead of drivibv from San Bernardino to Laguna in the morning . The hotel is cute , clean and peaceful . The staffs were very friendly and helpful "
