Hotel was great. Stayed two nights, Clean. Nice hot breakfast (different every morning). Great friendly staff. Wish they would had sold milk, for my late night cookies.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a nice space to hang out and grandkids enjoyed the game room. We were there for a softball tournament. We had no time to enjoy the pool. Great breakfast, lots of quest. It would be helpful to have the waffle station in it's own space. It was hard to access breakfast bar with everyone waiting for the waffle machine. Only thing that needs improvement. Great place to stay, will stay again. Thank you!

The manager and assistant manager are absolutely rude and unprofessional, their couches/ chairs are not safe !! My daughter got leg laceration from metal sticking out of the chair, neither managers were willing to help pay hospital bill or give refund. I DO NOT recommend staying here at all

My 1st stay was excellent, 2nd not so much. The 2nd time, the curtains were stained in the bedroom & had to force them shut, the carpet was coming up at the door entry and the shower handle came off when I finished up my shower, luckily I was able to turn off the water.

An anma experience every time.

My wife and I always stay here and each time the front desk makes it very easy checking in. Our room is always neat and ready for us. Absolutely amazing service.

Great family stay

Great hotel, great breakfast (not just pastry/donuts), indoor pool, no hot tub or spa. Great rooms, 2 hotels joined with big rooms, some rooms with full kitchens for extended stays. Excellent stay for price, friendly hotel staff, very clean and comfortable. Next to green meadows lake, beautiful views, fishing, romantic stroll, or picnic at the covered tables.

Room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping was mediocre—could not speak English and did not refresh our room in 2 days. Didn’t have bedding for pull out bed. Check in clerk was phenomenal. Bed was like as hard as sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was an absolute joke… McDonald’s has a better offering. But, as far as a nice clean room, it done a good job just could use improvement on comfort and offerings.

​The room I received was nothing like what I booked. Your photos and descriptions are outdated/misleading. Expedia wouldn't take responsibility or offer a room change. The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered.

We were late due to a plane delays but you had a car for us. Agent’s were very nice and helpful but I was way too tired to appreciate them fully. They gave us a few laughs for the trip and the car was exactly as expected.
