"Biggest complaint was VERY DIRTY ROOM. It was so bad we debated on leaving to find another hotel, but it was 10:30 pm and we had kids with us, so we stuck it out. The shower had mold, the floor was sticky, all counter tops were dusty, thermostat did not work, stains on bed sheets, TV remote did not change channels, tub was something out of a horror movie, etc. Now that I'm thinking about it we might go get checked out for diseases that we may have contracted. Other than that breakfast was what you would expect from a cheap chain hotel and staff was friendly. I did not mention this to the staff because seriously whats the point nothing would have been done."

"Housekeeping 12 stars. The pool is full of water but CLOSED. Nothing is being done to fix it, just CLOSED. Breakfast is the absolute minimum allowed, and staff are hard to find. The staff cares, though, and the housekeeping is the best I have seen in a while. For the price, it is OK. But not what was advertised."

"Room was okay. Room.could.be updated. There was a stain on the carpet but of course a lot of carpets have stains. The bathroom has shampoo and body wash. Bes was comfortable. Chain lock.on door was broken and one of the outlets dis not work. I am a person who reads reviews and also leaves reviews so that is why we stayed here because the reviews said wonderful. Overall okay place to stay."

"The indoor pool is too cold to use but the hot tub was decent but did not produce strong jets. We stayed in room 325 which did not, I repeat DID NOT have any hot water. When we call the front desk about this issue they said you have to let the water run to heat up but since we had let it run for 45 minutes I'm not sure how long you're supposed to let it run in total. The next morning There still was not any hot water. The breakfast was awesome and most of the staff was enjoyable to conversate with it's just maintenance treats you like you're a stupid kid that doesn't know anything."

"The bar charged us for someone else's tab. It took over two weeks for someone to return my call and correct it. The rooms were dirty. Dead bugs in the bathroom that hadn't been swept up. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke."
