"The room smelled strongly of MILDEW and it never went away even after opening windows and spraying smells. The sheets were used and dirty upon arrival, had to request fresh linens the following morning … so my first night was not positive. There are spider webs over the AC units and dust…as though the room had not been used in a while. But the staff was wonderful and the property was clean."

"There was no public restroom in check area, lobby, or eating area. Isn't there a law about a restroom being required Where food is served? Also, no restroom at indoor pool!! Get real, what kind of dump has no base rooms. It was a great inconvenience for a father and adult daughter sharing a two queen bed room I WOULD NEVER HAVE RENTED THIS HOTEL IF I KNEW THAT. Refund would be great.."

"Room was clean and all amenities were in working condition. Convenient location across from a Kwik Trip and near hwy 37. Walls are a bit thin but thankfully the other guests were relatively quiet."

"The bathroom was a mess. There was a huge stain from a leak from the toilet upstairs. There was an active leak from the shower upstairs. The drywall around the sink was finished poorly. The TV did not work - had an HDMI cable, but nothing to plug it into. There were dried fluids on the nightstand (of what we don't know). Horrible experience."

"Staff were all friendly and always said hello/good morning. Front desk woman was very accommodating; we got in a night earlier than expected and while I had booked another night, she ensured we wouldn't have to swap rooms the next morning which was very nice for her. Room was very clean and nice, bed was kinda hard/stiff but that's personal preference. We LOVED the breakfast there; many more choices than typical hotel.
