Min, the Guest Relations Officer, stood out with her warm smile and attentiveness—she ensured everything was tailored to our preferences and gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do and see around Hoi An, which really enhanced our experience. She also prepared a delightful surprise for my friend’s birthday, decorating the bed with flowers and “A Happy Birthday”and a small cake.
The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and has all the amenities we needed. The décor is charming, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
