"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...

"We stopped here for one night as a stop off before travelling again the next day. Room was clean and tidy. We ate at the restaurant and the food was spot on. I should have done my research before going as if I knew there was crazy golf there aswell I would have checked in before I did so we could have a game of crazy golf. We would defo stop again."

"So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. "This was a group booking for nine people. There were no problems with any of the rooms, which were very clean and well maintained. We arrived early and were told there would be no problem parking in the free car park and storing bags in the store room until check-in time. My friend was also able to charge his electric car in the car park. Check-in itself was very easy. We added breakfast on after not including it in the booking originall.
