Apart from check-in, customer service was almost non-existent. We waited for service for food and drinks and no one came. When we asked, we were told to wait, and were then told staff were busy dealing with other customers. We were customers too.

"We loved this inn. The owners, Greg and Lou were so charming and helpful. The location is perfect, just outside the city walls on a quiet street adjacent to a large park. The gym and yoga studio were wonderful and so nice to have right there. There is also a sauna and cold plunge, which we did not use. The breakfast was great. Our room was spacious, clean, and charming. We give this a 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend."
