"Despite my complaints, three outer doors did not open from the outside work with the room cards. I was standing in the rain the first night trying to get in and ended up calling the front desk. My room was at the end of the hall right next to a nonworking door. The closest parking was literally 1/4 mile from my room since I had to go all the way back to the lobby or workout room. All spaces close to the working doors were, of course, were consistently filled. I was there for a wedding at another venue that was full so I needed to drag packages and outfits back and forth. Requested two missing lightbulbs on Thursday and had not arrived when I left Sunday. No room refresh. I was down to one towel after three days. Door on the refrigerator cabinet hung open. Nice staff people who were equally frustrated that the doors weren't fixed. Shower was great, bed was fine. If you're tolerant of looks, need excercise and want cheap this was fine. I'll though will not return and make sure to reserve early in the future at the venue!"

"Unfortunately, I had to wait upon arrival to get checked in. There was a note on some placard that said do not touch this I'll be right back. I seem to have interrupted the dinner of the hotel receptionist. There were people congregating outside the lobby area. Somebody with a dog that was running around and other people playing with it. When he got off the elevator and went outside he said he apologized he had been drinking all day he didn't know the dog wasn't tied up . This group of people look like they were living at this hotel. I overheard conversation going to my room to that effect. Room was kind of run down looking. The kitchen was not stocked with anything. No way to try to cook if you were staying for a long period of time like their advertisement shows a person doing. Refrigerator was very very loud and in need of service. This whole experience was very strange. Too much to write."

"It was good everything went well, breakfast was mediocre and I got a charge to my card go $13.50 for parking when it was listed as free parking. Overall, I would stay here again."

"Nothing really stood out as being terrible. The room was in fair condition. Whoever took the time to paint it didn't lay down a drop cloth and drops of paint were everywhere. There were no bugs which was good. The door locked good. The water was hot. The TV only had 3 stations until I reprogrammed it and then it had over 100. Overall I would stay their again in a pinch. I did not use the breakfast or any other amenities."

"He was wonderful. The room was to be expected size. Everything was great hotel. Staff was wonderful. The major issue here with this specific property is parking. Parking is not convenient, especially when there are sports events in the area."

"This is an older hotel and it shows in a few areas. Overall though, it is very clean and rooms feel modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
