"Everything about the property was great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had plenty of variety and well stocked. The hotel is out of the way which makes it quiet. The only trouble we had was the rattle when the A/C kicked on was frustrating but if that was the worst of it, it didn’t ruin the many positive benefits."

"I can deal with the small room, and no breakfast, i can also deal with the loud food truck parked in the back parking lot. What i cant deal with is finding q cockroach in my room and the staff acting like it was no big deal, then after being told i could call monday to speak to a manager. He shrugs it off and tells me to call corporate. I call corporate for them to reach out to the hotel and for the manager to tell them they have no record of the incident even though i brought the bug directly to the front desk and the gentleman working said he would note it in my account not to mention i had just spoke with the manager before being sent to corporate. Atleast take responsibility for not being clean. All they were willing to do was move me 3 rooms down. I will never stay here again if you dont want cockroaches all over your stuff i wouldnt stay either!!! Horrified and disgusted to say the least."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room they originally checked us into wasn't cleaned or ready. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately checked us into a different room and apologized profusely for the error. The room was clean & comfortable. We were very happy with everything."

"There were multiple stains on the floor that looked like someone may have spilled their coffee. The bathroom wall were not properly cleaned. The shower was dirty and did not drain properly. We decided to put towels over the stains instead of switching rooms because we had been during since 5am and just wanted sleep. "This hotel is excellent. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. They have a great breakfast and also their evening Mid dinner snack that they carry is phenomenal as well. I would highly recommend this hotel."
