"After confirming an adjoining room for my 90 year old mom 2 additional times after reserving, they had given our room away by the time we checked in at 3 pm (check in time) on our reserved days. Parking for handicapped and 'Diamond members' or something was close to entrance, the rest of us had to wade through muddy leaves and water running thru parking lot all weekend long. Then a loud delivery truck at 4:30 am Saturday morning, and not enough seats for dining on what turned out to be terrible food~we're out. Not staying there again. The staff was great and helpful as they could be, from the pleasant front desk to overworked food service and the super nice people cleaning the rooms. Thank them for us!"

"Room was nice, very spacious. The reception staff weren’t the best, maybe it’s just certain people but they had the vibes of “didn’t want to be there.” Besides that, the cleaning staff as well as who I talked to by the buffet breakfast service were wonderful! Overall great place, close to a great strip of food and drinks and movie theater."

"Wonderful setting. Visited during Easter weekend so there were so many young kids which may have taken away from the experience to be honest. But at same time, it's always nice to see people enjoying the outdoors. "

"Hotel's location was great. Courtyard breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable; although, the bathroom floor was wet when we entered (possibly freshly mopped but I feared toilet overflow. We had no toilet issues). Check in staff seemed generally annoyed, but we did arrive just near check in and the neighborhood was busy with an event so she may have been overwhelmed with customer parking concerns. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The air conditioner wasn't working good"

"First, all rooms have a beach view. It’s truely amazing and on two of three days we saw Dolphins swimming. We did not walk the nearby beach and we read about the “no northbound exit” beforehand. It didn’t bother us one bit. The view, the staff and the caretakers were amazing and did everything to make our stay awesome. They had recommendations, extra towels, drinks even though the restaurant was closed. Rooms were clean and the property was taken care off. We wanted to be at the beach and that’s exactly where we were. Will stay there again!"
