"Hotel was amazing. All expectations met. The only problem I had was the $30/ day valet parking with no free valet for the disabled. This was a definite deal breaker for me. I’ve traveled all over the country and this was definitely the first place that I have ever visited that charges the disabled for valet. Luckily, just an fyi for others, less than 2 blocks away, there is 24 hour public parking garage at only $2 / hour. If you are spending less than 15 hours in the hotel, the parking garage is the best deal. 2 minute walk"

"This is a shared space. Don't expect much. Front door entrance can be a bit troublesome to get in. The room code for me did not work at first. Made numerous attempts to use code, until it was changed, finally. Area location is very sketchy. The room across from me, was a man who did not sleep nor have any consideration for others, was very loud all night long. The truth was, I couldn't wait to leave in the morning."

"The property is two floors, but there is no elevator, which was an issue for us, but I could foresee being an issue for others. The young man working at the front desk was friendly and very helpful with making food, suggestions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The beach is about a mile away, but there are many busy streets and crosswalks to get there, so we ended up taking CitiBike. There’s a Dunkin and McDs really close by. 20 min from Miami airport. we only stayed one night after we got back from our cruise. Did the trick for us. Good location. "

"Fantastic location. Great Room was spacious with a large kitchen, living area and bedroom. However the room and furniture are starting to show a bit of wear and tear, and sparse/basic furniture on the patio. Rolling shades aren’t blackout so bring a face mask if that’s an issue for you. The rooftop pool was amazing. The gym and free bike rentals were both a great plus. A little pricey but would absolutely stay again if found a room at a good price!"

"The pictures of the hotel are deceitful. The property is run down. I can't begin to emphasize how bad this hotel is. I was afraid to leave my room because of the condition of the door lock in my room. The bathroom wouldn't stop leaking water had to shut it off to be able to sleep. I checked out early it was that bad. "

"I live here, and this is my go to hotel for my staycations. Everything is lovely, the adult pools are a really nice upgrade. The property is absolutely beautiful, love the lagoon pool for the kids. It’s heavenly here."
