"Wanted to check in early which we were asked to pay for ! We didn’t get a call and went back early and managed to check in , fair play they did not charge us . Breakfast was very good"

"Limited amenities. Very small rooms. Boxed in beds. No water, no glases, one pillow, no tv. No onsite restaurant. For the price this isnt acceptable and i clealy should have read the hotel details more. Just expected these as standard. Other than that it was ok. Hallway carpets dirty and well worn. But its a hallway. Stayed in better cheaper accomodation."

"Great location but the standard room is smaller than most (think Paris on a budget) and ours could have done with some maintenance/upkeep. The check-in wasn’t very welcoming and the food in the bar was bland (after having to remind our server about our drinks order - surprising bearing in mind we were two of only four people in the bar). We only stayed one night but checked out a little underwhelmed."

"Great location - near shopping, Hyde park and Marble Arch. Close to public transportation and there were black cabs at the door almost every time we left. Nice room for the 3 of us we had Executive suite. Staff was wonderful."
