"Room isn’t designed for women. Plugs are no where near mirrors and bathroom space is very limited. The elevator was out for 3 days and the escalator was shut down for a day. Bathroom Fan didn’t work and no one came to fix it after we inquired. Bare bone room."

"Location of hotel suited our needs (close to Victoria Coach Station). Being on top of Victoria station (train and subway) made it noisy (sirens, loud vehicles, people giving speeches using speakers. Etc.). I presume most central London hotels have a fair bit of noise. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Our "quiet" room was situated such that we had to take 2 elevators to get there. Strange. There was a small amount of mildew in the shower. The cooling/heating was quiet and effective. The Soak restaurant was pretty good. The included breakfast was OK (same offerings both days of our stay). We found the price of eating out in London crazy expensive in general. Loved the heated towel bar in the bathroom. The Hop On/Hop Off bus stop in front of the hotel was convenient for our one-day sightseeing."

"When checked in, the iPad doesn’t work while typed in my information. That is your only way of check in and out, it should have been check daily are they working properly or not. Apart from that room is what you need for a night stay. There only one towel each. Face towel would have been helpful."

"Our experience was almost perfect had mine and my son’s casual but clean attire had not been questioned when requesting to dine at Hells Kitchen restaurant. We were initially asked to “go and change” which I found insulting but, after staff and management discussions, we were accepted into the establishment. I found this to be humiliating, especially in front of my 13 y/o son, this is not what one would expect in the year 2026. Had it not been something my son wanted to experience, I would have walked and not given the FOH staff the pleasure of judging or vetting us. I have to add that, when we were actually dining, the waiting staff were exemplary. Everything else about the hotel was perfect."

"The room was so cozy and the beds were comfy but the breakfast and the staff are above and beyond. We can’t recommend the hotel more! Also the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do."
