"The Chesterfield is a boutique Hotel in a very old building. Old buildings carry an incredible amount of charm and personality but, as with any old building, there can be an unexpected surprise on occasion. Unfortunately, I had that with my room, but, I have to say, staff was incredibly responsive and quick in making sure I was accommodated and accommodations that were well appreciated. "The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."
