This was an amazing central location. This was the tail end of our trip so we wanted to do it with style and this was perfect. We were greeted by a great staff who were very helpful throughout. The room was very comfortable and roomy. We were able to walk to all the local places like Covent Garden, Picadilly, etc. Great nearby pubs and food. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location. Great rooms. Friendly staff. The dining area is open all day for drinks and tapas with bands / DJ on weekends. Breakfast in same area; also good. There's a rooftop bar, but we didn't bother with it this time, as we were traveling with kids.

The hotel is incredibly convenient as I like to visit the national Gallery across the street when I visit. The staff sets the hotel apart from others. This is my second time staying at the hotel and I’ve already booked a third stay a little later this year. I absolutely love the breakfast each morning. Today, one of the hosts in the restaurant remembered my favorite drink. That brightened my day.
