"I have stayed at this hotel close to 20 times. As I checked in I was told I was upgraded. The room however was smaller than I have ever been in at this hotel before. I very much doubt I was upgraded. Very disappointing."

We were traveling with four teenagers, and they very generously upgraded us to beautiful suites. Food at the hotel is excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. "The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

"Our check in was easy and friendly. Mo is fantastic. Our room was nice, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast starts at 7:30am wish it started earlier since most excursions in London start at 7:30-8:00am . They did make us an early breakfast for us that was ready at 6:30am pretty good just let them what you want, yogurt, fruits, croissants etc. "
