"This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with several really nice restaurants nearby, and there's plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and the property was well maintained. "The property is outdated and needs improvements. The bathroom is tiny, shower drains slow and the "vent" did not work well so the humidity after one shower was awful, could not dry off in the bathroom. Both room keys had to be reprogrammed the second day as they stopped working. The room was clean but both beds tilted so your feet were slightly higher than your head. The tv is small and the contrast was awful, the remote only partially worked, could barely get channels changed and couldn't...

"I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but...

"We had the misfortune of being in Casper the weekend of the State track meet and all other hotels were full. There’s a reason this one wasn’t. Facility was run down and a little spooky. When we told friends where we were staying they gasped and offered to put us up at their homes."

"Fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with a dog and my 82 year old mother. I had originally booked at another place hotel but they couldn't accommodate my needs. I was thrilled when I discovered how welcoming the Ramkota was at the last minute on a holiday weekend with state soccer finals in town. We ate dinner in the bar and the bartender kindly took great care of us."

"The property was well maintained and very clean. The rooms are average but comfortable. There was ample parking, indoor pool and exercise facility. The cost was on the high side and a free breakfast was not offered. In room coffee pods were not replenished each day."
