"The hotel decor was lovely, the bar and bar staff were great with a good variety of drinks and a good atmosphere. I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. "Fantastic hotel with very courteous staff! We were close to the Christmas markets, which is why we were there. We were especially surprised to see that the sofa bed that my son used was made and ready for sleep when we arrived later in the evening from a day of exploring! This is the level of service from this hotel! My only criticism is that we were charge an extra 30 Euro for arriving early even though our room was ready. I still give it 5 stars!"
