It seemed clean, but the outdated and well-used condition of the rooms and common spaces made this hotel fall short of what we typically experience at Best Western properties. Additionally, the front desk staff member announced my room number aloud with several other people standing in line behind me. This made me feel unsafe in my room as this is a major no-no in the industry to protect travelers. "

Our room on the third floor had zero sound proofing - door between rooms so we could hear everything! The whole third floor smelled like weed. Carpets in common areas and stairs were filthy. "
