"We stayed one night at comfort inn west Hazleton for 4th of July weekend It’s very nice and reminds me of old school style. The property is old building and I can tell it’s been renovated little bit here and there. Room was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and nice to everyone who came in to this place."

"We stayed for five nights, the room was fine. However don't ask the housekeeping staff to get you anything. I assume it was the manager told me if you need anything you go through me not the housekeeping staff. Needless to say that was the only one day we got clean towels and our trash emptied. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant. In all the other front desk employees were also Pleasant"

"I paid for a room with a king bed. When I arrived no king bed was available and the staff said the rooms with king beds weren’t cleaned. (It was 11pm) I was still charged the same amount"

"Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward."

"Very cute boutique hotel! Still has a lot of original charm. It’s definitely an older building but was very comfortable. Light complementary breakfast was provided the following morning which included donuts from the local donut shop."

"Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't have enough towels/wash cloths. Sorry I don't reuse those like they want you to. We then came...

"Wonderful! Clean room that had a heated vent setting in the bathroom! We are already planning to stay here again. Loved it. Walkable to a lot and right on the main street. Highly recommend!"

"Air conditioner didn't work properly. No breakfast at all. Real hard to get in bathroom since there's a table blocking it. Smelled the old smoke and pot. Ceiling had water stains. Floor was coming up. Very poor fir a hotel. Do not recommend this"
