"Alma is simply beautiful. Our family loved our villa, the ocean views, the pools and beach, the landscaping and property, and the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Everything is clean and meticulously maintained.
Had it not been for one unfortunate dinner experience at the Atlantis restaurant - where service was extremely delayed, multiple wrong dishes were served, and the waitress not being able to communicate properly with us (even though we spoke the native language) - it would have been a perfect stay. However, the managerial staff apologized and tried to recover immediately, and for the rest of our time there, many of the staff members were extra attentive.
Overall, we were happy with Alma and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing resort experience. I'm really glad we opted to stay here rather than in Nha Trang City, which was busy and crowded."
