"The room was clean - and the front desk guy was there even though it was 'after hours' - very friendly and helpful. The only real down side was that our GPS routed up up a road that wasn't exactly in good condition. There's a shorter 'cut' from another parking lot - but I don't think it registers as a 'street' on Google Maps."

"Have to give this hotel a C, maybe a C-. After we checked in, we found that Housekeeping had not restocked our room. The bath wash and conditioner were empty and we had to wait for the next day for them to be replenished and the Kleenex box was empty. I was able to get Kleenex from the front desk. The breakfast was good and the pool area cleaned. I didn’t realize this hotel was close to a highway so we heard traffic all the time, the front desk was courteous. "I didn't like that you have to ask for the coffee maker. I did like the coffee maker in the lobby that had choices. I did not like that the first room assigned had malfunction in the door lock and it was known and reassigned. I did not like that I called in the morning to let them know I did not need a pet room and they said it was changed but when I arrived, it had not been changed. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked. It was clean."
