Pretty good hotel but a bit further away (20 mins walk) from any shops or restaurants. View from our room was stunning! Loved that there was a restaurant for breakfast. Room was adequate size for two. However, no safe. Overall, a good experience.

Room was a good size and had views. Some items need better maintenance- had our TV replaced, one of the USB outlets didn't work.

Lovely stay. The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi. The breakfast was great, all staff at the restaurant made their best to serve us. Definitely recommend it

Very nice hotel, very nice rooms. Gym is very small, just 2-3 machines and a few dumbbells. Open 24/7 though, which is great. For public transportation you’ll have to walk a bit, but no more than 6-7 minutes.

Ok for a night but not more. The sheets had stains and there were mold in the shower. There were stains on the window that didn’t got cleaned up for my whole 7 night visit. Only good think was that I didn’t had to pay deposit and that there were two free bottles of water each day.

The room is very small and the shower is narrow. Didn’t want to stay in the room any longer. Luckily the bed is soft and comfortable, the sheets look clean. The room is fairly clean.
