"I went out and came back and the bathroom was drenched with water. The air-conditioner had leaked water all over bathroom floor and it flowed into part of the bedroom. I called the service desk and told they said, "Ok, someone would be up". NO ONE EVER CAME. SO I went to the service desk and asked for another room, and the attendant gave me another room, she told me to call and the bell hop would come and assist with moving my belongings. I did as the attendant said, however, no one ever came. So my husband and I manually moved our belongings ourselves. After several trips to and fro the new room we finally were moved. I called the service desk and told that we we're moved and the bell hopper never came to assist us. I FELT THAT IF I WOULDN'T HAVE WENT TO THE FRONT DESK THEY WOULD HAVE JUST LEFT US IN THE ROOM. I have stayed at many Hilton's and the service was never this poor."

"Everything was expensive. Had to pay for umbrella/chairs for the beach, only 2 towel. Seating around the pool got full fast."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The overall ambience was lovely, and it created a relaxing and comfortable experience throughout our visit. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options available. However, if you’re vegan or vegetarian, the choices are very limited, which is something to keep in mind. The pool was a highlight—it was well-maintained and a great place to unwind. We also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking. If you have resort credit, it’s definitely worth using, as it adds extra value to your stay. Housekeeping and overall service were both very good, and the staff helped make our experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again. "

"I honestly didn’t expect such a great experience for the price. The place was clean, simple, and very comfortable from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location is amazing, right on the beach, quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was always available, and the pool and grill area were well maintained and enjoyable. Having a kitchen in the room was a huge plus… fully equipped with dishes, pots, and even a rice cooker, which made staying there very convenient. Overall, it was an effortless and relaxing stay, and we would definitely love to come back again."

"Young man who checked us in was unbelievable, great at his job. Food trucks availability was unique and smart. Shuttle and knowledge of airport workings the best. Only downfall was the fire alarm went off for a small fire which was put out. The man at counter checked rooms and on us. He remembered I build, I told him the fire alarm panel was in silence and arrest mode. It will go off again it did. As we checked out the person who was trying to fix and reset panel showed-up 7 hours later and no one knew where the FCAP was. Its ironic how the man who checked us in at the front counter who I would pick as the manager over all, knew where it was but was already off shift change and the new person knew nothing and said that person was on lunch. The recap is the man who checked us in, knew the property, took control of the situation, guided hotel workers and firemen to solve a situation that could have emptied the property. It was a life safety event that could have cost Marriott a good amount of money. The property was great, the man who checked us in went above and beyond his title and made me think Marriott is a great place to stay."
