"The toilet wouldn’t flush often, the door to the bedroom was by nailed open, the door between bedroom and bathroom was stuck and squeaked loudly, one drawer in dress was stuck and didn’t open or close, television needed 2 remotes with no explanation on how to use and one elevator was broken the whole time and the 2nd one kept breaking down…"

"I did not park in a secure area . The condo advertised a pool but its closed from February-April .We really needed that pool because the ocean was compromised by pollution and the rain .We called before we booked and Jeanne said they had a pool and never mentioned it was closed for another month. They should not be able to list a pool on their advertisement knowing its closed. This ruined a big part of our vacation !!"

"The property was not that bad, but no one told us that there was a repair on the balcony, so we couldn’t use it. Even more we couldn’t open the balcony properly. Because of the repair, in the room was a lot of dust. We 3 times changed our parking spot, because of construction outside the building. Despite those problems the room was good. A lot of stuff that you need for a vacation. Chairs, boards, umbrella, beach towels. In the kitchen we had everything that we need. Even zip bags. If we were...

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"Pretty much at the heart of waikiki. Excellent spot but we went during construction/renovations so it was awfully loud around 10am. But it's not their fault "
