"We booked in the Ali’i tower due to the location and the perk of a separate check-in desk (the line was loooong at the main check-in desk). The Ali’i tower felt old, run down, and in need of repairs. The separate pool there had several sections of missing tiles. The paint was peeling off our balcony. ..."
