I recommend staying in the newly renovated rooms, they are clean and well kept. The pools are awesome as is the location. The elevators are a survival of the fittest, there are so many people staying at the hotel and when we were there not all elevators were working so you literally waited 10-15 ...

Even with repairs on going out stay was still undisturbed and comfortable. Staff here are very friendly and helpful which why every time I visit O’ahu this is the hotel I choose to stay in. The location is convenient and easily accessible to most dining and shopping as well as the beachfront.
