'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
The hotel is not 5 star even tho Expedia rates it this way. Rooms are beyond basic and no frills at this hotel. Would not recommend if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay.

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa
Manager Robert was so accommodating for our stay at Hyatt! He helped us move into another room for more peace and quiet. He mentioned he will let his staff know more about accommodating guests & training in situations like this.
