"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

"This property is OK- depends on what you're looking for. POOL IS STILL CLOSED AS OF 5/3/26. We've stayed here a couple times because of its proximity to NHMS. Will we stay again? Oh probably. Pros: -Rooms are clean -Beds are comfortable -Close to both Concord and NHMS -Breakfast spread is alright Cons: -No pool currently -Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof. "When I checked in after unloading, went to use the bathroom and the toilet seat had urine and pubic hair on it. I went down to front desk and they moved me right away. The room was clean the second time. The price was affordable and the women who was working when I checked out was very nice to deal with. "

"The pool and spa were nice, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. Within 10 minutes, we had to kill four huge spiders in the room, which was very unsettling. The bathtub drain plug was broken, so I wasn’t able to give my 2-year-old a bath. On top of that, when I turned on the bathroom sink, the faucet handle piece that screws on fell of and was so stripped it wouldn’t stay on. I also asked for a late checkout and was told I could stay until 12 PM, but I was never informed...
