"The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance from everything. It was hard to get cleaning services, the check in process was a little difficult. The shower soap was 5 in 1, the toilet paper was paper towels, the mattress had a mattress topper that kept sliding off, no fridge, no microwave anywhere in the hotel room or in the hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here more than 2-3 days."

"This was a hidden little gem I wish I had found on previous trips. The local vibe and location are awesome. I will say that the only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars was due to two things. The cleaning crew left their cleaning supplies on the counter, not a huge deal, however, the loud neighbors at 2, 3, 4 am were a little overboard. "

"Booked this hotel as it looked really good online. Also have been looking for a hotel out of the city centre and close to the Vondel Park, for regular trips to Amsterdam.
Broke three ribs prior to travel and so was unable to travel as was finding it difficult to walk.
I realise a booked a non-refundable ticket, and requested a change of date. I thought that the hotel would have had a bit of sympathy for my situation. But no, they refused to move the date.

"Posto carino, posizione ottima e casa abbastanza grande dotata di tutto ciò che poteva servire in più anche pulita.
L'unico GROSSO problema è la comunicazione,( sul sito c'é scritto che 24h prima arriva la mail con il check in) io sono arrivato ad amsterdam che ancora non avevo niente per il check in ne un codice ne una mail di istruzioni, per il futuro a chi prenderà questa stanza contattate con il numero il posto e richiedete la mail per il check in...
