"I know it is a small thing, but the hard boiled eggs were cooked perfectly. Most places cook hard-boiled eggs forever, and they turn into bouncy little superballs. Just wanted your breakfast chef to know that someone was paying attention!"

"Miscommunication on whether or not they allowed late check in, the hotel never followed up about the claim so Expedia canceled any possible refund, front desk told me I could stay the night if I book a new reservation as long as I booked it and it was approved. I did and it got approved but I was not actually able to check in and I ended up having to find another hotel in the middle of the night "
