The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. "The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. "We had just gotten off a 15 hour flight. We arrived at about 11:30pm. The lady at the front desk said we could not check in until the next morning!!!! We canceled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel."
