We even extended for an additional night. The communication with the management was very prompt and professional. So happy I got to experience Baltimore in this way. "information was incorrect - different location than given on hotels.com information was incorrect - no reception desk, no check in check in was via a local agent who could only get contacted once hotels.com helpline was asked to help overall check in took 1.5h not acceptable"

"Online, it looked pretty good. CLose to the convention center and equipped as a studio so I could keep food there and save money on restaurants. When I got there at 3:30 PM I found an apartment building with a locked door requiring a code to open. I did not have the code. Never received it. I found the phone number online and called it, got a message that gave me a different number to call. I called that number and got an automatic reply instructing me to leave a voice message. "There are many people outside of the building which is a locked building but the key is hard to use to open the door. The bar downstairs is super loud and you can’t open the windows because they are pLexi glassed shut. "
