"We stayed here for a wedding in Cuckfields and this hotel was in a very good location for this. The hotel itself is very nice, being a lovely old building. The room was a bit small for two people and the bathroom did feel a bit run down/shabby. Also - while I appreciate it was a bit of an unprecedented situation, we were there in one of the heatwaves this summer and really struggled with the heat. Given the age of the building, I would not expect AC, but the fans provided were tiny so...
