"I didn’t like that there was construction going on, on the property itself. But that being said, the completed part of the property was really nice. I visited during the early spring so the pool was closed. But it looked really nice. No chairs to sit around it though.
Now, for the bad news! I’ll say this the staff was polite and all but, the first room they gave me already had someone in it. Luckily, they weren’t in the room at the time cause that would’ve been a situation I wouldn’t know how...

"The place is new and the staff were nice but the walls were paper thin which meant I could still hear people from the next door rooms even with ear plugs in. The WiFi was so bad (1.5Mbps) that I couldn’t stream anything. To top it all off the mattress was awful and hurt my back. Don’t stay there. "

"It was nice, clean and the staff was pretty friendly. We stayed there because we went to a convention. Our issue was that we had my niece with us. She is 20 years old. One of the restaurants that we wanted to go to, you had to go through the casino, so, we were unable to go. Why they don't have a door to get in outside of the casino is beyond me. Other than that, it was fine."

"The only issue I had is that when I went to take a shower....and was in the shower....I found out there was no conditioner. And that frustrated me. Otherwise...it was fine.
The shuttle service to the airport was very efficient. Leaving my car in the airport lot was very nice, and very reasonably priced as well."

"It was nice enough for what we needed. The beds were not comfortable for me, and they cut off breakfast too early. Breakfast was pretty bland and very basic, processed eggs and cereal. It was fairly clean. I've stayed in worse places but will try something else next time."

"Not as advertised. Research what Unity World Headquarters is before booking. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur.
