"We were in one of the river view suites and it was incredible!! The balcony is huge and perfect! We spent every single evening out there watching the boats go back and forth. It could use a blanket or two, but otherwise it was perfect.
The room was comfortable. Didn't learn until late in our trip that you can request different types of pillows (gel, lavender, etc), and I wish we had done that on day one. The lights are confusing lol, but I think that's a requirement of hotels now.

"Soggiorno perfetto ...struttura situata a pochi passi da fermata bus 16 che collega buda a pest.
Castello e bastione dei pescatori a pochi passi a piedi ...abbiamo usato anche la piccola spa dell hotel ..niente da ridire ..personale molto cortese e pulizia quotidiana di stanze e cambio asciugamani...lo consiglio e soprattutto ideale per chi come me ama fotografie con luce del primo mattino ...vicinissimo a tutte attrazioni di Buda con viste panoramiche."

"I had a room on the 7th floor with a roof terrace. This was the reason I booked this hotel, and it was outstanding. Spacious, furnished, with incredible views of the Chain bridge and the Palace on the hill. The property itself has a distinctive decor which you may or may not love. Everything was clean enough, but there was evident wear and tear in the room and around the property, the shower seals had failed and there was water everywhere. At least I didn’t need to clean it up! But these...

"The public areas are all beautiful and there are plenty of comfortable seating areas. We had access to the Executive Lounge which was a great facility and the waiter, Mikhail was excellent.
Breakfast was exceptionally good on 2 of our 3 days; on the third they were short staffed. Quality of the buffet was still outstanding.
The only real disappointment was our room: we booked a suite but it was really characterless with a sitting room that wasn't at all welcoming."

"Everything was great; location, breakfast and the staff.
I must comment on a couple items; 1) being from the USA, we are not accustomed to the bedding - the comforter stuffed inside a very large pillow case that was to be our sheets. On top of that, they provided two twin size comforted-incased-sheets for a queen/king bed. We requested a separate sheet; and got two twin sheets instead of one large sheet. 2) Bathroom only had a tub - no shower. And the tub was very deep, making it difficult to...

"We had booked a cozy room but I didnt realise it meant you couldn't get out of either side of the bed and had to shuffle to the bottom to get out. I have a heart condition so paid to upgrade. It wouldn't be an issue for most but I think should be clearer so people with health or mobility can decide. The rooms were clean but in the 4 nights we stayed the bins weren't emptied and tea/coffee weren't refilled. However, I have no doubt if asked would immediately have been done as the cleaning staff...
