"Hotel is great and conveniently located above the train station. Easy train ride to get to city center. Check in was complicated as the front desk kept saying we had 2 reservations and Petra at front desk kept insisting we should call the booking agency to ask why that happened. Despite us communicating we had a confirmation email indicating we only had reserved 1 room. After a long day of travel it was very irritating. My only suggestion for improvement is the shower/tub design. The bathtub had unusually high sides, making it difficult to step in and out safely. "Tolle Unterkunft mit super Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt und zum Areal 7. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und ruhige Zimmer, leider vermieste die Müllabfuhr frühzeitig die Nachtruhe. Hinterm Hotel sind Industriehallen mit extrem vielen Tonnen. Da rumpelte die Müllabfuhr 10 Minuten. Dafür kann das Hotel nix, nervte uns aber trotzdem. "Okay, first it was hot during our trip and the AC in the room did not cool lower than 23°C, even though it was set to 18°. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool, it's nothing special but it did cool us down, still this should be included in the room rate. Parking was easy, the outdoor lounge was great for watching the World Cup. Close to both the street cars and the train station. I would stay here again."
